24. Robert J. CARSON was born on 21 March 1910 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN.^5,40 (The 1930 Census listed his birth place as Wisconsin.) He appeared in the census in 1920 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN.⁶ His name was listed as "Robert Cassity" (not Carson) and he was a "Lodger," living with his "Single" mother. His father's birthplace was listed as Wisconsin, but his identity has not been confirmed. He appeared in the census in 1930 in Adams, Adams Township, Adams County, WI.⁴⁰ He was living in the household of his mother's brother, Tom, and was listed as "Robert J. Cassity." Robert died on 28 May 1946 at the age of 36 in San Francisco, San Francisco County, CA.⁵

Robert J. CARSON and Leona BLODGETT were married on 29 July 1939 in Oakland, Alameda County, CA.⁵ Leona BLODGETT was born (date unknown).

Robert J. CARSON and Leona BLODGETT had the following children:

67	ii.	John CARSON was born on 9 March 1943.⁵ He died on 6 February 1993 at the age of 49 in California.⁵
