Descendants of Peter Frieske, Sr.

Peter Frieske, Sr., and his wife Caroline were born in the Province of Posen in the early-1800's. They had nine children, of whom all but one married and raised their families in Monroe County. Many of the Frieske/Friske family members that now live there descend from Peter and Caroline.

Some other Frieske/Friske family members in the area descend from Michael Frieske (1780-?), and from Christoph Frieske (1778-1835), both of whom are included in other reports on this website.
