Descendants of Nicholas Gerlinger, Sr.

Nicholas "Nick" Gerlinger, Sr. and his wife, Philipa Lapp, were born in the early-1800's.
They had eight children, and the children and their descendants married into such Monroe County families as Shutter, Vandervort, Schueler and Sonnenburg.
Nick and Philipa were the earliest known ancestors of all of the Gerlinger/Gilner family members in Monroe County.
