Obituary Notes: "Harry James Getman of Spring Lake, Mich., formerly of Tomah, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home last Friday afternoon. He was walking about his yard when stricken.

Mr. Getman was a veterinarian and had lived in Spring Lake the past 15 years, coming there from Traverse City, Mich., where he had lived for 20 years. He was born at Tomah April 26, 1871, and received his early schooling here. He was a barber before attending veterinary college.

Surviving are his widow, Wilma; two daughters, Mrs. Wm. Branstreter, Roanoke, Ind., and Mrs. Wm. Roder, Cross Plains, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. A. E. Richardson, Morenci, Mich.; two brothers, Frank R. Getman, Milwaukee and Arthur N. Getman, Tomah; a half-brother, Albert Featherly, Aberdeen, Wash.; and one grandson, William Dial, Huntington, Ind."

Harry James GETMAN and Wilma TRAVIS were married in 1910 in Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, MI.^211,215 Wilma TRAVIS was born about 1881 in Michigan.^213,214 She appeared in the census in 1930 in Spring Lake Township, Ottawa County, MI.²¹⁴

Harry James GETMAN and Lillie ZIEGLER were married in 1894 in Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, MI.^212,215 They^212,215 were divorced before 1910 in Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, MI.²¹³ Lillie ZIEGLER was born in December 1874 in Illinois.²¹² She appeared in the census in 1900 in Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, MI.²¹²
