Descendants of Thomas Gillette, Sr.

Thomas Gillette and his wife, Sophia Pratt, were born in the late-1700's in New York and Connecticut, respectively.

Their nine children and their grandchildren married into Monroe County families such as Wildes, Vandervort, Randall, Sowle, Herring, Griffin, Allen, Blakeley, Ryder and Wakefield.
Most of the Gillette family members in Monroe County descend from Thomas and Sophia.
