Her target was Lemuel Griggs (1755-1784+), born in Ashford, CT, who she identified with the Revolution. Lemuel was a Sergeant and lived in Stafford, CT. He was on the Lexington Alarm List and served for 19 actual days. The point in time appears to be June 29, 1778."
