5. William HART Jr. was born in July 1883 in Oakdale, Antelope County, NE.^4,5 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴ About 1906 he was a farmer in Tunnel City, Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ William died before July 1951 at the age of 68.¹¹

William HART Jr. and Mabel BROOKS were married on 14 June 1906 in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁰ The witnesses at their marriage were Harry Sweet and Edna Heser. Mabel BROOKS, daughter of George BROOKS and Emma HANKS, was born in Wisconsin.¹⁹
