(Unknown) Kerrigan and his wife (also unknown) were born in Ireland and were the earliest known ancestors of all of the Kerrigan families that eventually lived in Monroe County.

Their sons Patrick, Peter, James, and John were also born in Ireland and eventually emigrated to Wilton and Ridgeville townships.
