"Jane" LAMB was born on 12 August 1855 in Wyeville, Byron Township, Monroe County, WI.^18,61 She appeared in the census in 1860 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁸ She appeared in the census in 1870 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ Jane appeared in the census in 1880 in Millston, Jackson County, WI.⁶² She appeared in the census in 1900 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁸ (Her name was listed as "Emma J." and her birth date was listed as Aug 1854.) She died in 1920 at the age of 65.⁶³ Jane was buried in Warrens, Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶³ in the Warren Mills Cemetery.

Calvin Norton ROSE was born on 16 August 1830 in New York.^38,56,61 (The 1900 Census listed his birth date as Aug 1829.) He appeared in the census in 1880 in Millston, Jackson County, WI.⁶² His occupation was listed as "works in saw mill." He appeared in the census in 1900 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁸ His household consisted of Calvin, his wife "Emma J.," their children Met, Melvin, Pearl, and Edna. It also included "Dica," born Feb 1893, listed as a daughter, and "Rycie," born May 1899, listed as a daughter. The latter two girls may have been Deycie and Reycie Rose, daughters of Belva Rose and Pearl Larson, who had the same birth dates. It is not known why the girls would have been listed as Calvin's daughters and living in their households. Calvin appeared in the census in 1920 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵⁶ He died in 1925 at the age of 95.⁶³ He was buried in Warrens, Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶³ in the Warren Mills Cemetery.
