Descendants of August Mittelstaedt

August Mittelstaedt and his wife, Julia Grams, were born in the early-1800's in the Posen Province of Prussia. They had four children, and their son Julius is the source of many of the Mittelstaedt families in Monroe County.
It is not known if August was related to Friedrich Mittelstaedt, who was also born in Prussia at about the same time, and who is the earliest known ancestor of some other Mittelstaedt famiiles in the Tomah area. Friedrich's descendants are detailed in another report on this website.
