Frederick Werner "Fred" ECKELBERG²³ was born on 16 November 1892 in Sheldon, Ransom County, ND.^6,14,15,16 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Eldred Township, Cass County, ND.¹⁴ He died on 26 April 1940 at the age of 47 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN.^6,15,16 Fred was buried in Mendota Heights, Dakota County, MN.¹⁵ in the Acacia Park Cemetery.

Frederick Werner "Fred" ECKELBERG and Clara Pauline LEIX were married.²³ Clara Pauline LEIX¹¹ was born (date unknown).
