Descendants of Peter Browne, Sr.


Peter Browne, Sr., was one of the approximately 100 passengers on the voyage of the Mayflower from Plymouth, England, to Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, in 1620.

He was about 23 years old and not married at the time of the voyage. He is believed to have been one of the "Strangers," and not a Pilgrim seeking religious freedom.

He was the 33rd of the 42 signers of the Mayflower Compact.
