Descendants of Richard Warren

Richard Warren was one of the approximately 100 passengers on the voyage of the Mayflower from Plymouth, England, to Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts, in 1620.

He was not one of the Pilgrims searching for religious freedom, but rather was one of the "Strangers" that joined the voyage in England to complete the roster of passengers.

He traveled without his family on the voyage, and his wife and seven children followed a few years later on a ship named the "Anne."

According to the ship's manifest, he was a "merchant." He was about 45 years old at the time of the voyage, and was the 12th of the 42 signers of the Mayflower Compact.
