She was not listed with her parents during the July 1850 Census, so she was probably born after then. She was listed as age 19 in the 1870 Census.) She appeared in the census in 1860 in Germantown Township, Juneau County, WI.⁹ She appeared in the census in 1870 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁰ Margaret died in 1926 at the age of 76.²
