(The 1920 and 1930 Census lists her emigration year as 1867, but it was probably 1866, when her parents emigrated.) She appeared in the census in 1870 in Baltimore (Independent City), MD. Josephine appeared in the census in 1880 in Baltimore (Independent City), MD. Her household was a few homes down the street from that of her parents. Her occupation was "Tailoress." In addition to their daughter Clementina, also living with them was a granddaughter named Thressa, age 11. Josephine appeared in the census in 1920 in Abingdon Township, Harford County, MD. Nalžovice is a municipality and village in Příbram District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The villages of Chlum, Hluboká, Nalžovické Podhájí, Nová Ves and Oboz are administrative parts of Nalžovice. He emigrated in 1872 from Bohemia (Czech Republic).
