Living next door to James was the family of Aram Knapp, relationship unknown. Pulling (LVXY-7VB) and his wife Dacy (LVF8-TJB) filed an affidavit in support of the Civil War Widow's Pension (WC96873) of Clarinda Pulling's daughter Harriet Knapp Root, so they were likely her relatives.
