Levi WOODARD was born in 1798 in Whitesboro, Oneida County, NY.² He appeared in the census in 1820 in Champion Township, Jefferson County, NY.⁴ He died on 20 April 1877 at the age of 79 in Tunnel City, Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.² Levi was buried in Tunnel City, Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.^2,10 in the Greenfield Township Cemetery.

Levi WOODARD and Mary "Polly" SISCHO were married about 1820.^7,11 Mary "Polly" SISCHO, daughter of Joseph Sr. SISCHO and Mary BELL, was born about 1805 in Massachusetts.^2,7 She died in 1879 at the age of 74 in Champion Township, Jefferson County, NY.²

Levi WOODARD and Mary "Polly" SISCHO had the following children:
