Descendants of Sergeant Jeremy Belcher, Sr.
Sergeant Jeremy Belcher was born in Wiltshire County, England in 1613. One of his descendants, Orrin H. Belcher, married Caroline Elizabeth Jennings, a daughter of George Henry Jennings and Harriet Clutton, in New York in 1861.
George and Harriet eventually moved to Monroe County, WI, where some of their children also settled.
