. He was baptized about January 1858 in Exin, Kreis Schubin, Posen Province, Preussen (Prussia).4 in the Lutheran Church. He emigrated in 1872 from Preussen (Prussia).25,26 Frederick appeared in the census in 1900 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.25 His surname was spelled "Nass" and his occupation was "Farmer." He appeared in the census in 1910 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.12 His occupation was "Farmer, General Farm." He died on 19 April 1953 at the age of 95 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.2,6 Frederick was buried in 1953 in Jacksonville, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.7 in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.

Friedrich Wilhelm "Frederick" NEAS and Emilie Emma "Amelia" ZELLMER were married on 23 March 1884 in Monroe County, WI.2,12,25,26,27,28 (An article in the Monroe County Heritage Book indicates that they had six children--Lizzie, Ella, Anna, Leo, Otto and Eric; the 1900 and 1910 Census' also indicated that they had 6 children, of whom all 6 were living at the time. Other sources indicate that they were also the parents of two sons named Oscar and William, but that must be confirmed.) Emilie Emma "Amelia" ZELLMER, daughter of Ludwig Johann ZELLMER and Gustina Othilia STELTER, was born in September 1857 in Preussen (Prussia).2,25,27,29,30 (According to the Monroe County Heritage Book article by Edwin Zellmer, Amelia's parents were Ludwig and his second wife, Juliana. However, the 1900 Census lists her birth date as September 1857 and her age as 42, which would place her birth during Ludwig's marriage to his first wife, Justine.) She emigrated in 1879 from Preussen (Prussia).2,25 (According to the 1900 Census, she emigrated in 1880.) She appeared in the census in 1900 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.25 Amelia appeared in the census in 1910 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.12 She died in 1926 at the age of 69.29 She was buried in 1926 in Jacksonville, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.7 in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.
