She attended Grade School in Roberts, Montana and high school in Red Lodge and Billings. She was married to Charles Long on March 25, 1936, in Billings. They ranched at Luther, Montana for a number of years. Mrs. Long later cooked on various dude ranches. In 1953, the family moved to Big Timber and have resided here since. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her father and sister. Survivors include her husband, Charles Long, Big Timber; three sons, James Long, Jerry Long, and Mike Long, all of Big Timber; her mother, Mrs. Mary A. O'Shea, Red Lodge; two brothers, Pat O'Shea, Big Timber and Jim O'Shea, Luther; four sisters, Mrs. Ramon Hyem, Red Lodge, Mrs. Johnny Branger, Livingston, Mrs. Walter Robertson, Scottsdale, Ariz., and Mrs. Marcus Dell, San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The Rev. Donald Mackay of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Billings officiated at the services. Frances Alverda O'SHEA and Charles Murl "Charley" LONG were married on 25 March 1936 in Red Lodge, Carbon County, MT.42 Charles Murl "Charley" LONG25 was born on 25 September 1904 in St. Clair, Franklin County, MO.25,42 He died on 2 September 1990 at the age of 85 in Red Lodge, Carbon County, MT.25,42 He was buried in Big Timber, Sweet Grass County, MT.25 in the Mountain View Cemetery.
