Reverend Leverett Stearns GRIGGS Jr. (!) and Cornelia LITTLE were married on 13 July 1864 in Madison, Madison Township, Jefferson County, IN.^{51,84,250,253,254,256} He was the pastor of a Congregational Church in Lowell, Michigan in 1870, his first two children were born in Minnesota, and he returned to Terryville to become pastor of the Congregational Church there from 1874 to 1887.
