(It is possible that Ludwig was related to Friedrich Sonnenburg, Sr., who was born in 1814 in Preussen and emigrated to America in 1873, settling in the Tunnel City, Greenfield Township area of Monroe County, WI.

Ludwig may also have been related to Friedrich Sonnenburg, Sr., who was born in 1822 in Preussen. Friedrich, Sr., emigrated to Monroe County in 1873 and also lived in the Greenfield Township area.

Henriette KLINGER (^), daughter of Andreas KLINGER and Anna Johanna TISCHLER, was born on 18 April 1834 in Padayewo, Posen Province, Preussen (Prussia).^5,6 (The German translation of Klinger is "Cliff Dweller.") (Her death certificate lists her maiden name as "Hennerick Klinge.") She emigrated on 8 May 1882 from Bremen, Neidersachsen (Lower Saxony) Province, Preussen (Prussia).¹² Their ship landed in New York City. She appeared in the census in 1895 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁸ Henriette died on 2 May 1900 at the age of 66 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.^2,5,6 She was buried in Wilton, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.^6,10 in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
